What charities do you donate to?

We currently donate a portion of our proceeds to Skeletons for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Brave the Shave for Childhood Cancer Research and Tunnels to Towers for wounded veterans. In 2022 we donated over $1000 to St. Jude's with the sale of our Skelly Santa hats. So far in 2023 we have donated $100 to Brave the Shave and $500 to Tunnels to Towers. We will keep this updated as we donated more of our sale proceeds to charity.
Why doesn't my order ship immediately?

In today's world we are used to ordering an item & receiving it within in a few days. Our business is different. We don't make the item until the order is placed. These items truly are made to order. Our items are made in the order that they are received. We strive to have a 7-10 day processing time. Sometimes this can be shorter or longer depending on how many orders we may have.
How will my item stay on the Skelly's head?

All of our items are made to be a rather snug fit. For added security you can add double sided adhesive velcro or hot glue. Personally we are a fan of hot glue. It holds well and easily peels off the Skelly at the end of the season.
Are your items completely handmade?

Yes! Every item we have listed is made by hand by the owner or someone on her team. Each hat is made from scratch from a bolt of fabric. The shirts themselves are purchased in bulk but printed in our home office. We are a small, home operated, business.
